We then continue that process with a logistics meeting focused on the first production block, ensuring sustainable practices are built into execution—not added as an afterthought.
From there, we work directly with department heads across every team—from Accounting and Art to Catering and Transportation—to align environmental goals with the realities of each department. We integrate industry-standard tools, including PEACH and PEAR worksheets, Green Toolkit, and The Green Shot, when appropriate to track progress, validate results, and provide transparent reporting throughout the production lifecycle.
